Each serving (two 1,000 mg capsules) of Super Omega has 1,400 mg of EPA/DHA omega-3 and other omega-3s from ultra-purified, high-quality fish oil in triglyceride form. Super Omega contains omega-3’s, the good fats!  Super Omega is rich in two Omega-3 Fatty Acids, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA(docosahexaenoic acid) which a considerable body of research has established that DHA is indispensable for cell membrane structure, while EPA, though less abundant, is important for mood and overall mental balance.  Our bodies are unable to effectively make them and it is essential that we consume this in sufficient quantities from our diet or supplementation.
