Belly Be Gone really helped curb my appetite. It was really easy to do and take and I'm not really a pill taker. My hardest time of the day is the afternoons, because that is when I wanted to snack and snack and snack. This product really helped eliminate unnecessary snacking and kept me on track. I took the vitamin packet last night before bed. I never have problems sleeping and always sleep great…BUT, when I woke up this morning I have never slept BETTER!
